The Streaked White Bean is an ecotype of a climbing bean with an elongated white seed, with a characteristic wine-red mottled spot and a beige background on the belly of the seed, hence the name “panzaredda”.
In the kitchen it can be used with excellent results for soups or for pasta and beans
